ShuffleVPN provides a virtual private network service and related website, account, support, privacy-request, and subscription features. A VPN can improve privacy on a network, but it is not a guarantee of anonymity, uninterrupted access, security against every threat, or compliance with laws that apply to you. You remain responsible for how you use the internet and any services you access through ShuffleVPN.

You must be legally able to enter into these terms and use the service where you are located. You must provide accurate information when you contact us or use account-related features. The app may use a device-bound identity to authenticate your access. Keep your device, recovery methods, and platform-store account secure, and notify support promptly of suspected unauthorized use.

Paid plans, prices, currency, billing period, trial terms, renewal terms, and any regional taxes are shown before you confirm a purchase. Unless the applicable store or law says otherwise, a subscription renews automatically at the disclosed interval until you cancel it.

If you purchase through Google Play or the Apple App Store, that platform processes the payment and its terms control the transaction. Manage or cancel through the subscription controls in your Google Play or Apple account; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Refund eligibility and processing are determined by the platform and applicable law. We do not promise a refund where the platform or law does not provide one.

You may use ShuffleVPN only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these terms, applicable law, network rules, and the rights of others. You must not use it to commit or facilitate crime; distribute malware; interfere with, probe, overload, or attack a network or service; send spam; infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights; evade sanctions or lawful restrictions; exploit children; or resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Network performance, server availability, device compatibility, and access to particular services can vary by location, network, platform rules, maintenance, and events outside our reasonable control. We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue features to keep the service secure, lawful, and reliable. Support is not an emergency service and is not a guarantee that every issue can be resolved.

You may stop using the service at any time and cancel subscriptions through the applicable store. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate suspected abuse, comply with law, or enforce these terms. Suspension or termination does not remove payment obligations already due or rights and obligations that by their nature continue after termination.

Third-party websites, apps, networks, app stores, and content remain subject to their own terms and privacy notices. ShuffleVPN does not control them and is not responsible for their availability, content, or practices. The ShuffleVPN service, branding, and website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your use of the service is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an "as available" basis and without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShuffleVPN is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service, law, or business operations. We will post the updated terms here and change the date above; continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms to the extent allowed by law.
